ETA was started by native Memphian Abby Elzemeyer. Abby has been involved in the arts for many years as a model, actor, producer, talent agent, and casting director. She attended Interlochen Arts Academy high school in Michigan as a theater major and then moved to Denver, CO to work in the education department at the Denver Center for Performing Arts. For college Abby attended New York University, Tisch School of the Arts for theater where she studied the Meisner Technique under Vicki Hart. She completed her degree at the the University of Alabama in Telecommunications and Film, film production.
Abby has been working as an agent in the Memphis are for over 3 years. She currently serves as the chairperson for the Memphis chapter of the Association for the Future of Film and Television.

Jennifer Mellon started modeling when she was 11 years old and has since had a lucrative, 15-year career in print and TV commercials. Her career as a model has led her all over the world to places like Los Angeles, San Diego, Mexico, South Africa, Greece, and Italy. Prior to taking some months off with the birth of her second child, Jennifer worked as head booker for a modeling and talent agency in the region. With a strong understanding of the print world, she is now heading up the New Faces Division here at ETA, scouting new talent and working with models in markets across the US and worldwide.

Raina Gir graduated college from the University of TN at Knoxville with a major in Management and a minor in Marketing. After school, she worked in the advertising industry for 2 years before she joined ETA. She has assisted in developing national and international marketing campaigns through a variety of marketing techniques. She also has a background and passion for the music/entertainment industry and will be able to contribute her knowledge to ETA's team. Raina is the full time Talent Booker in ETA's Nashville office.
